How Spin Genie’s licence and documents were read

Spin Genie’s rules exist in more than one version, each marked by its own version code. Every Spin Genie and sister term on this site comes from the set coded UK, read in September 2026 and most of it read again in October, and every sister is a brand on the Gambling Commission licence that Spin Genie’s footer names: Skill On Net Limited’s, whose register entry lists 61 web addresses, 59 of them in use under Spin Genie and 49 other brand names.

UK documents and the licence code each one carries

Two sets of Spin Genie’s legal documents were read, told apart by the code at the top of each. One set carries UK in its codes, and every term quoted on this site comes from it. The other is a Malta set, with its own terms (45-MGA-N, read on 24 September 2026) and a bonus policy at 30x (47-MGA-N, read on 5 October 2026).

  • Spin Genie: terms 8-UK-N (last updated 27/01/2026), bonus policy 128-UK-N, responsible gaming page 12-UK-N, privacy policy 13-UK-NO.
  • Slingo and SlotsMagic: terms 8-UK-N and bonus policy 128-UK-N; Genting Casino: those two plus its responsible gaming page 12-UK-N. Each was compared line by line with Spin Genie’s and differs only in the brand name.
  • Mega Casino: terms 8-UK-N, differing from Spin Genie’s in one line at most.
  • PlayOJO: terms 9-UK-O and its Rewards and Game Play Policy 11-UK-O, written for PlayOJO alone.

The version code at the top of a document is the quickest way to see which set it belongs to.

Register definition: a site for which the operator provides white label services, meaning the operator hosts the site for another company.

In plain words: the site runs under Skill On Net’s licence and on its systems, but for another business. The register does not name that business.

One Genting row is a safer-play page, and Vegas Winner appears twice with two different statuses.

The register row that makes a Spin Genie sister

A brand counts as a sister when two things hold, the first carrying more weight. Its web address sits on Skill On Net Limited’s register entry, the entry Spin Genie’s terms point to for its self-exclusion. Its own terms or footer then name Skill on Net Ltd and the same licence. Terms that name the brand weigh more than the footer licence text, which is one sentence every SkillOnNet brand shares.

Being a sister here means sharing the operator and the licence, not an owner. A White Label row is an address the operator hosts for a business the register does not identify. A shared look, game library or marketer counts for nothing on its own.
